Furuki is a fellow comrade of Shunsuke's syndicate, and a hired driver in the new facility.
In episode 11, he was the one who was told to bring Kumagami and then Yuu Otosaka to the group of foreigners in an abandoned factory after being threatened about his family that was kidnapped and would kill them if he did not do so.
The group of foreigners then dropped the Condo key to Furuki to free his family after he brought Yuu Otosaka over to the abandoned factory that they are located.
